In the land of Reblochon cheese, the chef offers traditional flavours and specialities from his beloved mountain: Tartiflette (made with potato, Reblochon, lardons and onion), Savoie (cheese) fondue, Raclette (dish of melted cheese and accompaniments), “diot” sausages, local charcuterie, fruit tarts, a buffet, and so much more.
