Fine dining and local specialities from Savoie
On entering the dining room you ‘ll catch the
scent of wood; or on our terrace the scents of spring and summer. These traditional
flavours fill the air all year round and infuse the ambiance in our restaurant.
We welcome guests throughout the year, our seasonal menu includes delicious
dishes, special to our region; we are in Reblochon cheese country so our chef uses
our mountain cheeses in tartiflette, fondue and raclette. We also offer diots
(local sausage), cold meats, fruit tarts, not forgetting two classics - our
beef tartare and veal chops with girolle mushrooms. A fine diner or just fond
of food, you’ll eat to your heart’s content at the hotel La Croix St Maurice.
